KK Cotton carries a legacy of over five decades in the agricultural commodities business, built on trust, integrity, relationships and entrepreneurial vision. Today the business is proudly led by its third generation, combining the wisdom of its heritage with modern practices and a forward-looking approach.
Cotton remains at the heart of what we do. Our own ginning and pressing facility lets us process cotton in-house — separating lint and cottonseed and producing quality bales supplied to spinning mills, textile mills, traders and international markets. The cottonseed is channelled further into cottonseed oil and cattle-feed businesses, while our processing lines for Maize, Kabuli Chana and Green Gram bring the same discipline to our wider agri-portfolio.

Shri Kalyan Agrawal
Legacy

Shri Kalyan Agrawal represents resilience, responsibility, and quiet leadership. From a young age, life placed upon him responsibilities far beyond his years. He entered the world of business early, and the loss of his revered father, Shri Niranjan Lal Agrawal, deeply shaped his values, outlook, and strength of character.
In 1995, he faced a life-changing challenge with the loss of his right hand. What could have been a setback became a defining moment. Guided by determination and self-belief, he continued to lead both his life and work with confidence and purpose. His deep understanding of cotton quality and his hands-on approach reflect decades of experience, discipline, and commitment to excellence.
His journey also reflects strong mental and physical resilience. Learning swimming and driving despite physical limitations stands as a quiet example of his never-give-up spirit. Education has always been central to his beliefs. His faith in learning and values is reflected in the strong educational paths of his children—Preeti (IPoS), Anoop (CEO, KK Fibers), and Garima (IAS).
Grounded, socially aware, and disciplined, he leads by example. His life reminds us that true leadership is built on courage, humility, and consistent effort.

An alumnus of one of India's leading management institutions, Mr. Anoop Agrawal has been actively involved in the business for over 15 years and looks after its entire operations — bringing together contemporary management, strategic thinking and the values that have guided the family business for generations.

Beginning from purchase of cotton to ginning, warehousing and shipping, a strict inspection is carried by our QA's for cotton and for other products the similar steps related to product requirement considered. The essential tests have been taken to provide a prompt and clear report on staple length, micronaire, pressed, trash content as per spinning values.
